Chad Hochuli
Senior Director – Development and Construction
Chad Hochuli is a senior director of development and construction at LeCesse Development. Chad joined the LeCesse team in 2005, bringing more than two decades of experience in the industry to his role. In his role, Chad is responsible for overseeing development entitlements, hiring of general contractors, and managing the construction development team from start to finish. He primarily serves the southeast region of the U.S. At LeCesse, he has overseen the completion of nearly 5,000 multifamily units worth more than $1.1 billion. Chad previously served as a superintendent with a construction team that built more than 1,000 units for LeCesse Development. He is a graduate of Boston College. In his free time, Chad enjoys spending time near or in the ocean, fishing, boating, standup paddleboarding, and spending time with his wife, four children, and three grandchildren.
