Logan Smith

Logan Smith is an assistant construction manager at LeCesse Development. He joined the company in 2022 and brings five years of construction management experience to his new role. As an assistant construction manager, Logan is responsible for managing the development, construction, and turnover for LeCesse’s multifamily projects. He primarily focuses on the northeastern region. During his time at LeCesse, Logan has already managed projects worth $311 million to the firm. Logan is a graduate of Texas A&M University where he obtained his Bachelor of Science in urban &regional planning with a minor in geology. Prior to joining LeCesse, Logan worked as an associate construction manager. During his free time Logan likes woodworking, trying and making hot sauces, creating websites, and editing videos.
