Matt Gourlay

Matt Gourlay is a senior development manager at LeCesse. He joined the company in 2015 as a financial analyst. In his current role, Matt oversees consultants, contracts, budgets, and the overall vision of each development from the time a site is identified through final turnover. Matt has driven more than $900 million in construction and development of nearly 3,000 units at 10 sites. He is a graduate of the University of Florida with a Master of Science degree in real estate and a Bachelor of Science in business administration-finance. When he is not at work, Matt enjoys spending time outdoors and watching Jeopardy.
