Robert Tascione
Senior Construction Manager
Robert Tascione is a senior construction manager for LeCesse Development. He joined the company in 2022 and brings 16 years of experience to his role. As senior construction manager, Robert oversees all day-to-day operations of the construction projects he is assigned to. Over the course of his career, Robert has worked on more than $1.2 billion in development, representing more than 5 million square feet of space. A graduate of Florida International University, Robert started his career in civil engineering and has experience in development for multifamily, hospitality, office, and retail spaces. He is a State of Florida licensed inspector. Robert is inspired daily by his wife Maritza and their two daughters and son. When he isn’t working hard at LeCesse, Robert enjoys golf, tennis, poker, biking.
