This upscale community incorporates New Urbanism elements of pedestrian-friendly streetscapes and rear parking. The main drive features a streetscape of luxury apartment buildings along JubiLee Park, a two-acre community park featuring pedestrian and bicycle paths, a dog park, gardens, a gazebo, and ample open green space. The community also features lake and conservation views, along with numerous site amenities including a 7,200 square foot clubhouse, expansive swimming pool, summer kitchen and Jubilee Park. The project is a joint venture between LeCesse Development and Famlee Investments. Financing was provided by John Tomlinson and Matt Jurenko at Wells Fargo in Orlando.
