GrandeVille at Park Place is a joint venture between LeCesse Development, Morgan Management and UC Funds. Financing was provided by M&T Bank in Buffalo, NY. The architect is James Fahy and the general contractor is DGA Builders. Lansing Engineering provided engineering services for the job.
Residences will become available for lease beginning in the fall of 2016.
