ALTAMONTE SPRINGS, Fla. (October 23, 2020)—LeCesse Development aims to create quality communities with every project we work on. Recently, one of our past projects was honored for that excellence with an award from a top trade.
The ECCO on Orange apartment project was awarded an Eagle Award by the Associated Builders and Contractors of Central Florida for Excellence in Construction. Roger B. Kennedy Construction, the general contractor on the project, was recognized for its exemplary work.
The Eagle Awards are presented annually and aim to raise the level of construction standards throughout the industry by recognizing and celebrating projects that go above and beyond.
The ECCO on Orange project was completed in 2019. With 300 units, the complex features three- four- and five-story buildings and a seven-story parking garage. It offers more than 20 floor plans, from studios to three bedrooms, along with skyline views from the SoDo district of Downtown Orlando. ECCO on Orange is part of a mixed-use development with walkable dining and shopping experiences. It also features outstanding amenities, including a show-stopping rooftop pool, clubhouse and fitness center.
We at LeCesse were proud to develop the project. 5G of Miami was the architect, Verlander Landscape Architecture was the landscape architect, and Kimley-Horn was the civil engineer. Fifth Third Bank and Atlantic American Partners provided financing on the project.
LeCesse Development values our outstanding partners like Roger B. Kennedy Construction, and we congratulate them on this win for an exceptional project.
