ELIZABETH,N.J. (Aug. 19, 2025) — LeCesse Development Corp. and MAS Development Group are committed to creating vibrant communities that combine thoughtful design with high-quality living. That commitment was recently recognized with one of the top honors for New Jersey’s commercial real estate industry.
LeCesse and MAS took home Deal of the Year in the Mixed Use category for their work on Vintage City, a multi-phase, transit-oriented development in the heart of Elizabeth. The award was given by NAIOP New Jersey at its annual Commercial Real Estate Awards Gala.

The annual gala celebrates commercial real estate excellence across the state, honoring projects that strengthen local economies and elevate communities. LeCesse and MAS received top recognition in the Mixed Use category, spotlighting their success in bringing to life a thoughtfully integrated residential community with direct access to regional transit and economic opportunity.
VintageCity — “Vinty” for short — sets a new standard of urban living in Elizabeth.The community features 267 luxury apartment units designed with Class A interiors and a full suite of high-end amenities, including a state-of-the-art fitness center, resort-style pool and jacuzzi room, on-site dog park, virtual golf simulator and more. Apartment homes include quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, modern cabinetry, smart home features, wood-style plank flooring, walk-in closets and in-unit washers and dryers.
The ground floor features more than 37,000 square feet of retail and office space, adding to the city’s downtown.
Located adjacent to the newly renovated Elizabeth Station, Vintage City offers residents direct rail access to New York City, Newark Airport, Princeton,Trenton, and other major employment and lifestyle destinations, combining convenience with quality living in one of New Jersey’s most historic cities.

Phase II of the development, which will continue and complement the original project,is currently in development.
