James Donnarumma

James Donnarumma is a development analyst for LeCesse Development. He joined the company in 2023 and brings three years of real estate experience to his role. He is primarily responsible for underwriting deals, researching sites, creating marketing materials, and assisting with development and financing. A graduate of the University of Florida, James began his career in residential real estate as a market research analyst. He provided extensive research to land acquisition teams across Florida and served a critical role in the corporate approval of multi-million-dollar land purchases. In his free time, James enjoys working out, reading, playing video games, writing, and spending time with his dogs.
